The 2 bdm 2 bath 1,126 square feet home was initially listed for 729K.

The Penthouse in Beach Crescent's Azura 1 is up for sale again.
The 3 bedroom 4 bathroom 2,514 square feet home was sold on September 2009 for $2,350,000.
Today the same property hit the market for $2,950,000 which is a 25% appreciation.
In my opinion this is a little "steep" but with Vancouver's real estate market you never know.
