I have lived and rented at #3102 at Park West I since it was built back in 2005. I love the building and the area!! It is with great dismay that I discover it has been sold and I need to find new premises. I would love to stay in the building or in the neighbourhood at least.
I require an unfurnished two bedroom with hopefully at least 1000 sq. ft. I definitely require a deck. Hopefully, one of you has just such a place to rent to a long term tenant who will treat it with TLC.
I have a very well behaved, small, 14 year old cat, Sofi. She and I are very responsible tenants and keep our home in showroom condition.

We would like to rent a unit in either of the Icon buildings as of April 1, 2011. Preferably furnished.
Ideally we are looking for a furnished 2 bedroom unit with den, 1 parking stall, on or below the 10th floor. We are flexible on all items. We at this point need something for at lease 2 months and perhaps a full year.
