Vancouver is my home town that I'll be returning to in the new year, after 19 years in Calgary, I've been relocated. I'm looking for a possession date. I'm a Brand Manager in the wines & spirits industry. I can provide excellent references & confirmation of employment. I have been a homeowner for the past 15 years so I'm not able to provide references from a landlord. However, I too am a landlord with properties in Calgary, so I understand the desire to seek a quality tenant.

I have been living in the Azura II building, #1907 for the last month in a 1 bedroom / 1 bathroom apartment. I absolutely love it here, my work is a 15 minute walk up Seymour St and I love going over to Granville Island on the aqua bus to get all my groceries each week.

I have lived and rented at #3102 at Park West I since it was built back in 2005. I love the building and the area!! It is with great dismay that I discover it has been sold and I need to find new premises. I would love to stay in the building or in the neighbourhood at least.
I require an unfurnished two bedroom with hopefully at least 1000 sq. ft. I definitely require a deck. Hopefully, one of you has just such a place to rent to a long term tenant who will treat it with TLC.
I have a very well behaved, small, 14 year old cat, Sofi. She and I are very responsible tenants and keep our home in showroom condition.
